Guaranty repairs

In case of a guaranty repair there is following
procedure how to solve the repair:

 

  1. the customer specifies the problem/failure in general and gets in touch with our company
  2. after the issue has been discussed with our responsible officer, the goods is sent to our company or our technician visits the customer to analyse the problem
  3. the goods is exchanged – replaced with a new one
  4. if there is no possibility to provide the customer with a quick exchange, an urgent repair by the producer is organised
  5. if there is no possibility to repair the goods as soon as possible, a temporary replacement with a product of another producer is offered
  6.  the repaired goods get a new guaranty

 

After-guaranty repairs

 

In case of an after-guaranty repair there is following
procedure how to solve the repair:

 

  1. the customer specifies the problem/failure in general and gets in touch with our company
  2. after the issue has been discussed with our responsible officer, the goods is sent to our company or our technician visits the customer to analyse the problem
  3. the failure of the product is specified and the customer gets the information, what was the cause of the failure as well as about the price and term of repair. At the same time, the customer is informed about a new delivery date and about the price of a new product
  4. if there is no possibility to repair or replace the goods with a product of the original producer, a replacement with a product of another producer is offered
  5. after the customer has decided, a repair or delivery of a new product is done
  6. the repaired goods get a new guaranty

 

Breakdown failure

 

In case of an urgent breakdown failure there is following
procedure how to solve the repair:

 

  1. the customer specifies the problem/failure in general and gets in touch with our company
  2. after the issue has been discussed with our responsible officer, the disordered goods is sent to our company or our technician goes to the customer to pick up the disordered goods
  3. an urgent examination with the service centre is arranged
  4. the failure of the product is specified and the customer is informed, what was the cause of the failure as well as about the price and term of repair. At the same time, the customer is informed about a new delivery date and about the price of a new product
  5. if there is no possibility to repair or replace the goods with a product of the original producer, a replacement with a product of another producer is offered
  6. after the customer has decided, a repair or delivery of a new product is done
  7. a transport of the goods is always solved induvially according to the wishes of the customer
  8. the repaired goods get a new guaranty
